TERMS

# Terms of Service

Use photos with permission, understand your purchase and share your AI cafe video responsibly.

<a id="rights-consent"></a>

## Photo rights and consent

Use images you own or have permission to use. Get explicit agreement from each person shown for AI creation and sharing.

<a id="prohibited-use"></a>

## Prohibited use

Do not upload images of minors, intimate content or stolen media. Public figures aren’t supported. Do not use the service for deceptive impersonation, fraud, harassment or political deception.

<a id="credits-delivery"></a>

## Prices, credits and delivery

A full 21-second video costs $9.99. A three-video pack costs $19.99 (33% off), and a five-video pack costs $29.99 (40% off). Payments are one-time.

A pack creates one video immediately. The remaining credits stay in your account for later videos with new photos. Each credit-funded submission creates one video. Credits are reserved when generation starts and returned if the video fails or is blocked. Credits are not cash and cannot be transferred.

The finished video appears on the creation page, and we email the purchase address shown while you wait. Download the MP4 within 3 days. Not happy with your video? A professional human editor will help fix it at no extra cost. Still not satisfied? Contact us for a full refund.

## Scene, audio and output

The full 21-second cafe scene has two photo roles: Left person and Right person. Change one or both; unchanged roles remain in the scene. The finished vertical 9:16 MP4 includes the original reference clip audio and a watermark-free download.

Get permission for the photos and check the audio rights that apply to your intended platform and use before publishing.

## Review your result

Review the full video before sharing, including faces, hands, movement and the cafe reveal. Email support@fancycafeai.com for help with an unwanted result, payment or delivery issue. Include the order or video ID.

<a id="copyright"></a>

## Report a rights concern

Email support@fancycafeai.com. Identify the work or person, relevant page or video, your contact details and your authority to make the request. Explain the permission issue so we can review it.
