How FancyCafe AI handles photos, videos, account data and site analytics.
What we process
We process your account email, orders, credit records, uploaded photos, generation settings, request identifiers and finished video. These records let us create your scene, deliver it and answer support requests. Stripe handles card details.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the site, account service and stored media. Stripe processes payments. The image and video providers process the photos and reference scene needed to create your requested video.

Site analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and page speed. Microsoft Clarity records clicks and scrolling. Google Analytics measures visits and site use. Uploaded photos, filenames and account details are masked in recordings. Login and account pages do not load these tools.
Clarity stays off when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
Photo and video retention
Generation input photos stay available for 24 hours, including after a video completes or fails, then scheduled cleanup removes them. Privately archived submitted photos are retained for 72 hours for support and quality review.
Videos and shared result links are available for 3 days, then scheduled cleanup removes the media. Download your video before it expires.
Checkout request records are retained for seven days. Financial records are kept as needed for accounting and legal obligations.
Your choices
We do not sell your photos or use them to train our own models. Provider processing follows each provider’s terms and data policies.
A shared result link lets anyone with the link view your finished video until expiry. The shared page does not include your uploaded source photos. Review the full result before you share it.
Provider copies
The download period on this site applies to our copy of the video. Provider copies follow the provider’s applicable data policies. Email support@fancycafeai.com with questions about stored media or provider data.
Delete media or account data
Email support@fancycafeai.com from your account email. For one video, include the video ID and request deletion of the result and source photos. For account data, identify the account email and relevant order IDs. Required financial records may remain.
